Josh Madden (producer/writer/director)
A writer since his college days, Josh always had a love for the big screen and every aspect of what it takes to put together a story. From that love, and through years of working as a professional musician, Josh took to making stage performances of tribute shows like Bob Dylan, Elton John, Van Morrison, The Beatles, The Blues Brothers, and more. After much success as a performer and music teacher, with shows becoming bigger and better, Josh then saw an opportunity to return to his college roots and the theatrical stage. His first major show as director was "Million Dollar Quartet," in 2020. Not long after that, Josh directed "Always... Patsy Cline," in 2023, to rave reviews and sold out shows. With a desire to see the local talent in the area be showcased in shows not often done, Josh launched his own production company in 2023 and opened his first show, "The Rocky Horror Show," that same year. In 2024, Josh Madden Productions brought three new shows to the stage in a tribute to Tony Joe White, a sketch comedy show (written and directed by Josh), and "Talk Radio," with a return of "The Rocky Horror Show," to finish off the year. Josh is excited to continue to bring these shows to Northeast Louisiana and work with as many talented writers, directors, actors, and musicians as possible.
