MISSION -

Our mission is to produce quality musical entertainment and theatrical shows for the cities of Monroe, West Monroe, and surrounding areas. We have a plethora of talent in local musicians and actors, and it is our deepest and most sincere desire to showcase those individuals by providing them with a platform on which they not only shine forth their abilities, but are inspired to rise to the heights of their craft. Not only do we want higher quality production, but we want to value those performers and production staff by paying them for their hard work. Conservatively, a show with lighting and sound equipment, costumes and makeup, stage materials and props, theatrical rights and scripts, venue rental and insurance, seating and catering, as well as qualified and trained technical staff; costs anywhere from $20-$40k for a 4-5 show run. Actors and musicians alike travel to locations on their off hours to rehearse 2-3 times a week for several months before a show even begins. Some even travel from out of town, incurring fuel and food expenses. There are countless hours of planning, implementing, and polishing a show so that every detail is handled with our level best upon execution. Not only do we value the work, the art, and the effort; we value the individual fulfilling those roles. Simply put, without the support of sponsors, members, and individual ticket sales; none of what we do would be possible.
